Grab your BackTrack / nUbuntu or NST live CDs (which ever you like best) and get ready for some hacker fun. There will be a few Windows and Linux based servers running different services for you to test your skills. Difficulty will vary from ’script-kiddie-easy’ to ‘damn-that’s-hard’.  Even better, we will also setup an intrusion detection system (host based and/or network) so you can also gauge how easy your attacks are to detect. Again, we will ‘cut’ the link to the gateway so no malicious data leaves the room. We will route our own packets!

The event will take place in TEL Building room 4046, Seneca@York from 15:30 to 19:00.
